Psychotherapy, to me, is a meeting of two human beings – often in one of the most vulnerable moments of someone’s life. I believe real change begins where you feel safe, heard, and understood. This is the kind of space I strive to create for every client.

I hold a Ph.D. in psychotherapy and have completed a four-year postgraduate training in the integrative approach.
I have over 10 years of professional experience, 1400+ hours of clinical practice, and more than 350 hours of personal therapy.
I work primarily online with adults who are going through difficult life transitions, experiencing anxiety, burnout, trauma, or relationship challenges, or dealing with personality disorders.
I also support people who simply want to live more consciously and align with their deeper goals.
My specialty is working with high-functioning individuals who may feel stuck, overwhelmed by perfectionism, or burdened by an inner critic. My style is relational, depth-oriented, and emotionally attuned. I combine elements of psychodynamic therapy, schema therapy, and humanistic-existential psychology – always adapting the process to each person.
My professional journey has been international. I trained and worked in Poland and the U.S., and I’m now based in France, offering therapy in both Polish and English.
I regularly attend supervision and ongoing trainings – because being a good therapist, to me, means staying humble, reflective, and always learning.
My therapeutic style is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic therapy, humanistic-existential psychology, and schema therapy. Each process is tailored to the individual.
The core of my work is based on relationship, authenticity, and emotional presence.

I offer individual online therapy sessions for adults.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and is held via Zoom or Google Meet.
